I started playing the New York Times Spelling Bee in early 2022. I discovered it after making Wordle part of my daily routine, which it still is. Curious to try the other NYT Games offerings, I stumbled upon Spelling Bee, and later on, Letter Boxed. Admittedly late to the Spelling Bee party, I took a liking to the game.

Typically I'm able to get a first pangram almost immediately. If there are more pangrams, sometimes they come to me right away, and other times they'll take me a few minutes. But there are so many words standing between those first few "easy win" solutions and Queen Bee status, that a few helpful hints are often in order. That's where this web site comes into play, and hopefully you'll find my unique presentation of hints and clues useful.

In the near future, I hope to introduce some hinting for Letter Boxed too. Designs are in the works, but it's a bit more difficult to integrate into a format like this, so it'll depend on whether I can deliver something clever. More to come... hopefully!

I reside in Virginia, not far outside of Washington DC. When I'm not solving word puzzles, I enjoy staying physically active and making computers bend to my will via scripting and software development... an example of which is this site.
